The Sugar Crush

Soap & Glory - Sugar Crush

Hey dolls,
This is one of my most recent favourite products and I thought I would do a little review and share it with you incase none of you have tried it yet! Its a body scrub from Soap and Glory (picked it up in boots) and its something that I had my eye on for around a year before I finally just picked it up! I had my eye on it because I smelt it once and it smelt like HEAVEN.
It actually smells like cola bottles but its fresh at the same time and I Haven't smelt any other body product like it. As you can see it contains Brown sugar, lime, almond oil and Macadamia grains. It leaves my skin exfoliated, soft and also quite moisturised. I like when scrubs arn't too harsh on the skin and this one isnt atall.

Negatives?
It dosent take long while massaging it into your skin for the grains kind of dissappear down the drain, now this might be with every product, but what im trying to say is - A little dosent go a long way and I have to take a few scoops a shower for my whole body. Also I think the price is high! its around £8 and this is another reason I didnt pick it up for so long. Its not a high-end price tag obviously but I dont think its cheap for a Boots product!

I would defiantly re-purchase it though and this product has made me want to try so much more from the Soap & Glory body wash range, They do so many amazing products.

Have any of you tried this and what did you think? What is your favourite Soap & Glory product?

Sammi x

I really want to try the Sugar Scrub so bad! I love Soap & Glory products, plus the packaging is so cute! My favourite S&G product has to be the pulp friction scrub it's just amazing :)

p.s I'm having a give away on my blog if you are interested :) http://hidden-in-the-snow.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/ren-gift-set-giveaway_2532.html

I love the Hand Food hand cream; it's the only one I can use and it's made with marshmellows! I love S&G but they never are cheap are they?

It looks quite a similar product to S&G Flake away. which is really good but it is a veryyyyy hardcore body scrub! Maybe try that one?? xx

This sounds so lovely! I keep meaning to repurchase Soap and Glory's Breakfast Scrub but might pick this up instead, especially if it smells like Cola bottles, hahah. So lovely to speak to you properly at the Motel event last week too! (:

I've also used a scrub before in which the grains just fell right off my body and went straight down the drain! Not the most satisfying process, but still it left me really clean and soft, so not a total negative. I do love a good body scrub so this is definitely going on my wish list, along with the Soap & Glory Breakfast Scrub (I've heard TOO many good things about it!). Do you find that your skin smells like cola after using it?

I recently got this too! It definitely exfoliates the skin well, but I do agree that it takes a lot to exfoliate the whole body.

I recently finished using this. I did really enjoy it, but it wasn't rough enough for me as a body scrub. & I completely agree that a little doesn't go very far. On a positive it smells bloody amazing :) xx

This looks like a good product to try. You sold it to me on the fact it smells like cola bottles ;) and I love the fact it contains lime.

My favourite scrub of theirs is 'The Breakfast Scrub' itis to die for but as it has maple in it, it is not to everyone's tastes and it is around £9 :/

I have only heard good things about this product, I'd love to try out! It's a shame I cannot get it in Japan, and none of the websites which sell Soap&glory products ship to Japan!! Not fair :(

Hey! I've tried the scrub of your life and the body butter too. Both amazing and the smell is so enticing. My only cons would be the price too, $18 each and plus tax goes up to around $20 so yeah it's insane but worth it!
